1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of capecreatives.ae, which is operated by Cape Creatives, Falcon Building, Door M02, Khaldiya Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. Information on this site is indicative
Project descriptions, photography, specifications, programmes and any figures shown on this site are for illustration. Nothing on the site is a quotation, an offer or a binding statement of price, lead time or availability. Prices and programmes become binding only in a written quotation or contract issued and signed by Cape Creatives.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting a form, sending a WhatsApp message or telephoning us starts a conversation; it does not create a contract. We may decline work, for example where scope, programme or site conditions do not suit us. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, is based on the information and site access available at the time, and may change if the scope, drawings or site conditions change. Any contract for fit-out, joinery or design services is governed by its own signed terms, which prevail over these website terms.
4. Client cabinet
Access to the customer cabinet is limited to clients with an active project. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for telling us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. Access may be closed when a project is completed or a contract ends.
5. Intellectual property
The text, photography, drawings, layouts, logos and other content on this site belong to Cape Creatives or are used with the permission of their owners. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of a potential or current project. You may not republish, scrape, resell or use the content commercially without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the client cabinet or our systems, and do not probe, scan or overload them.
- Do not submit material that is unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
- Do not use our forms or contact details to send unsolicited marketing.
7. Third-party links and tools
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and other third-party services are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.
8. Availability
We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting and network problems may interrupt it, and content may change without notice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, Cape Creatives is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or business opportunity, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your visit applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
